To make driver trades via the Internet, click the appropriate navigational link on the Contest website, login using your username and password (if you haven't already done so), make your trades as desired, submit the trades and record the confirmation number you receive for them.
Trades are also accepted via toll-free number or voice mail (866-918-RACE) and fax (314-991-1564).
During the Contest, trades must be made each week by the green flag. Once a race starts, including a race start under caution, no additional trades will be allowed. If a race start is postponed to a new date, the deadline for trades will be on the new date at the green flag. For the race schedule, click here.
The first deadline for making trades during the Contest is September 27, 2009, at the green flag.
During the Contest all trades are unlimited and are at no cost.
In the event that a race is postponed until after the end of the Contest, the race will be removed from the Contest's race schedule.
For each race, any 5 "championship" drivers can be selected. If driver selections are not made for a week after the 1st week, the previous weeks selections will be used (rosters roll-over from the previous week).
There is no cost to make driver trades.
In the Chase for the Fantasy Cup, whenever one of your drivers scores points your team scores points-the more points your team scores with each race, the better! A team's overall score (accumulation of all 10 weeks of driver points) will determine your overall rank-- no weekly scores will be dropped when calculating your overall score.
Points are awarded to your team for each race based on the SPRINT Cup Points that are awarded to each of your drivers based on their race finish and laps led.
Teams are ranked overall by the accumulation of all 10 weekly scores. The team with the highest race accumulated score is first and the team with the lowest accumulated race score is last.
Note: If your driver is penalized by NASCAR, your team will not lose the corresponding Sprint Cup Points.
Only SPRINT Cup Points from the listed races are used. A driver's SPRINT Cup Points are added to your weekly team totals only during the week(s) that he is on your team.
Previous points by a driver before he was on your team do not count.
